Administrative Broadcast Television Position located in Las Vegas Nevada!
Coastal Television Holdings Company LLC, is seeking motivated Traffic Coordinator to join our staff. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are critical to success in this role. Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is flexible and capable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. This is true administrative position supporting a broadcast group working in multiple locations.
• Manage daily logs & commercial inventory
• Data Entry & Quality Control
• Create and/or maintain schedules, reports & other documentation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FCC rules and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
• Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience in traffic management software (Landmark OSI Traffic & Billing, Wide Orbit, etc.)
• Experience in broadcast television, media, or communications
Our ideal candidate must have dependable transportation, be able to work full time, Monday – Friday (9a-6p) and be willing to commit to long term employment. The starting pay is $14.00/hour and includes paid vacation & sick leave.
