Need experienced IT Tech Support Engineer with 1 year or more experience. Knowledge of various software and hardware is required. We are looking for a smart enthusiastic team player with excellent customer facing skills, who can work under pressure. We are a local company with over 30 years of IT managed services. After hours on call one week per month. Overnight travel with a minimum of 3-4 contiguous days a month is required.

The Level 1 Tech Support Engineer will be responsible for:
• Providing client technical support and resolution via remote access and on-site visits
• Determining root cause of customer’s issues
• Active Directory account management
• Configuring and troubleshooting various hardware issues
• Troubleshooting various Operating Systems
• Solving basic networking issues
• Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications
• Obtaining general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services

The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
• VOIP telephone support a plus
• Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
• Possess industry recognized standard certifications
• Able to work in a TEAM ENVIROMENT and efficiently meet deadlines
• ConnectWise experience a plus
