$2,500 Signing Bonus paid after 180 days of full-time employment.

Due to our company’s sales growth and internal employee promotions we are seeking motivated team members for both Assistant Managers and Managers in Training. For those with a passion for providing excellent customer service, find helping customers fun and have the desire to learn the details to operating successful stores, the sky is your limit. Keep in mind when applying you must have strong work ethic to succeed with our company. Currently we have team members who have advanced from Sales Associates to Store Managers and above.
Requirements for Assistant Managers/Senior Supervisors
POS/Cash Register experience a must. Positions require a passion for building a strong store retail team, working with customers and providing excellent customer service. Ability to review employee and item sales performance and discuss with management and staff. Very fast paced environment. Compensation includes monthly bonus plans or hourly rate + hourly commissions based on sales and customer service performance. Experience hiring, training and terminating employees as needed. For those with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills and the ability to train and hold staff accountable you can move up quickly with our company.
