Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher you will handle incoming service calls, schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians accordingly.
Scheduling or dispatching technicians, equipment and/or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests using phones and/or e-mail.
Monitoring personnel locations using GPS to coordinate service and schedules.
Preparing work orders/data entry.
Working with local suppliers and city entities for appropriate permits.
Recording and maintaining files or records of customer request, work or service performed, charges, or any other dispatch information.
Preparing daily work schedules and organizing and filling 3-trade schedule board.
Professional & pleasant phone etiquette.
MUST BE CURRENTLY RESIDING IN LAS VEGAS, HENDERSON OR BOULDER CITY.
Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and dispatch.
Familiar with the Service Area including Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City.
Income: Based upon experience.
Professional references required.
Reliable transportation, willingness to commute within Vegas valley.
Clean background check, drug free, professional appearance.
Willingness to work any shift including nights and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
